Should people pursue wealth? Why or why not? How important is wealth to you? What limits, if any, would you put on your own pursuit of wealth?

I think people should pursue wealth if thats what they want to do. Because I know there are some people that are happy without wealth. I do think that wealth can change people, for better and for worse. Wealth is important to me, I will try my hardest to pursue wealth just because I want to better my life, even if its in the financial area. I would put a limit on the wealth that I pursuit of wealth because I don't want to much wealth in fear of being changed by the wealth for the worse, not the better.

The characteristics of the Romantic hero are similar to some characters who play major roles in literature and movies today.More recent heros in todays times are honorful because to be a hero you have to be honest and you have to have respect from others, and this also relates to the Romantic heros. The Romantic heros have left an imprint on culture and heros now a days take after what they did. In different movies, like Hero action figure ones, heros are more like poeple who are young and possess many youthful qualities. Many teens and kids, look for younger heros rather than older heros because they want to look up to someone who is around their age and is "hip" and into recent times. The characteristics of the Romantic hero and the recent heros today are similar in many ways.

Pursuing Wealth
Well I think pursuing wealth is a bad idea because you may be able to buy things with this wealth but the ultimate things that you need won’t be obtained. One example of that would be being able to buy a bed but you can’t buy rest so what was the need of the bed. So I think the best thing to do would be pursuing something like and education instead. When it comes to me wealth is not all that important to me but sometimes we can always use it. So later in life I am not going to let it be a major priority in my life to get money and be wealth instead I’m going to try harder to be successful in other ways.

People should persue wealth because being ambitious brings more things and adds more exciment to your life. People persue wealth because they want to give their kids the things they never had as they were growing up. People want to have a better life, enjoy themselves and they don't want to have to worry about paying late bills or not having enough money for the basic needs. Sometimes persuing wealth has limits, there are people that for money will do anything even kill or some worry too much about money and persuing wealth that never get to enjoy what they have, they die rich but never get to enjoy it.

I agree that people should persue wealth because i want to be someone in life, i want my parent's to be proud of me and i want to give them a better life too. But sometimes persuing wealth has it's limits, some people change their personality and become selfish and arrogant people. There are others that would do anything for money even kill an innocent person. So people should persue wealth but have it's limits.

My opinion on wealth is that people should pursue it if they have the desire to. It’s a great opportunity to succeed and obtain some of the things you never had but always wanted. It is true that money doesn’t buy happiness but it couldn’t hurt to have some satisfaction of finally being able to do something for yourself and feel pride. I would say that wealth is very important to me. I think it will help me live a better life and feel good about my achievements. I can also provide for myself and not deal with the stress about worrying if I will have enough money to pay the rent or buy groceries. The limits I would set myself is to not get too carried away and always remember who I am. Money changes many people for the worse and I don’t want that for myself or the people around me.

I dont think people should pursue wealth because it causes too much drama. When it comes to wealth, many people get greedy. To me, wealth isnt a big deal. Its not going to make me or break me. If I were to pursue wealth, there are many things different that I would from many people that are already wealth. One thing that I would do different is that I wouldnt try to act better than everyone. Another thing that I would do different is that I wouldnt make other people feel like they are lower than me.

Wealth
Should people pursue wealth? Well it depends on your definition of wealth. If it’s like my definition, which is that wealth is the amount of money necessary to live your life comfortably, then yes. Wealth is important to me because I know I want to raise a family and not have to struggle to buy pampers or give my kids what they need. The limits I would place on the pursuit of my wealth would be to not get money hungry. I need to recognize when I’ve hit the point of comfort for my family and not continue to be money hungry. It is important to pursue wealth, but it is even more important to pursue financial comfort for your future,.

I think people should not pursue wealth because people let it take over their lives. They make it there number one goal and focus is to get rich and do it fast. That could be a problem because people will sacrifice anything to be wealthy and that could be dangerous because you could hurt yourself or someone else. I don’t have a problem with people who are wealthy but I have a problem with people who go about it the wrong way like cheating others to get what they want. Personally wealth is not that important of a thing to me because money runs out eventually. Family is much more important and will always be there. I would enjoy having money but I’m not going to go to crazy extents to get wealthy

People should not pursue wealth because wealth is not everything we need; in our lives we also need love, care, people around us, etc. although wealth is important, it does not mean that wealth should be pursued everywhere. As long people are with the ones they love, they should be very careful about pursuing wealth because if they can still pay their bills and have time for them, they could still live there and instead of pursuing wealth, they would finish to pay the bills faster. Wealth for me is not really important to become wealthy; i think that wealth is important to pay debts and if we can still pay those debts, we should keep that wealth because if we want more we may lose it and we would be angry.

In my opinion, people should pursue wealth. They should always to be the best they can be and being wealthy, most of the time, proves how successful you are. Wealth is important for many reasons one being it keeps ones needs satisfied. Now how you live your life while being wealthy should be something you look into very closely. Being wealthy can come with its downs just like it comes with it ups. One con it can bring is how one loses his or her mind when they believe that money brings happiness.

I believe that people should not pursue wealth solely because people tend to become greedy, selfish, and often view the world through dollar signs. It is okay to be rich but not to the point where you think you should have more opportunities than people who aren't as wealthy. Wealth is not important to me because I have a happy life even though my family isn't the richest in the world. I think that wealthier people separate themselves from their families. Some families even grow apart that they use "expensive" technology to communicate with one another.

People should pursue wealth to get ahead in their lives, do what they want, feed their kids etc. By the way they wouldn’t have to depend on family members for money or friends for loans, wealth isn’t just having money, its about having great things to carry yourself and people knowing you can take care of yourself. Wealth is important to me because without it I wouldn’t feel right. I wouldn’t say I grew up with a silver spoon in my mouth but I grew up in a wealthy family. So, without wealth it would be odd, I wouldn’t have the clothes I got or the nice shoes and probably wont have my car, most of all food. M y limits I would put to wealth is to not be too greedy or up tight, like I'm on top of the world. Money isn’t everything and it could be taken away from you real fast.

Should people pursue wealth is say it depends on what kind of wealth it is if its wealth in knowledge or experiences then yes go right ahead obtain as much as possible but in material wealth I say no. Do we really need material wealth? No we do not, we don’t need the latest pair of shoes if don’t believe me ask yourself is it really going to bring you happiness for a sustained amount of time? It won’t, we shouldn’t focus on that material wealth all it brings about is greed which is humanities worst trait. Wealth to me as you can tell by what I’ve said before is not that important to me well at least material wealth isn’t. We should limit what we do not need to have a pleasurable life, and no high fashion clothes is not a true pleasure good times mixed with good food and drink is pleasure.

I definitely believe that people should pursue wealth. That is what America is founded upon, making something out of nothing. And the something in America is wealth. So everybody pursues it because you need money to make it in almost any country. People come to America to get rich. Wealth to me is very important. Yes, I know you can live happily without money, but I couldn’t. I would see my life as a failure if I can’t make a mark on the world. And part of my mark on the world is having some sort of wealth in my life. By zak schmidt

Wealth should be a priority of people but should not dominate or control what they want to do or be. People should do what makes them happy and not be restricted if they will make bundles of money. More often than not if people work just for money it creates problems. Wealth to me is unimportant as long as i have my happiness. If i could be a squatter living at the beach i probably would, but society looks down upon this, so I'm doing the best thing and trying to become a firefighter. Is it for the vast amount of money they make? nope its because i love to help people and being a firefight is the most productive was i see fit do carry out this goal. Money should dictate your life.

I believe that people should pursue wealth but it should not be the main factor for doing something. I would like to become wealthy in the future but it’s not my only reason in choosing my career path. I would much rather have a job I enjoyed than a job that is slightly better paying. I agree with the saying “ money doesn’t bring happiness, but it helps”.

I believe it isn't necessarily a bad thing to pursue wealth. Money, although it cannot bring happiness, can help support a family, help the economy, and is critical to make good investments. Wealth is somewhat important to me because I believe in some situations, lack of money can cause stress in marriages and that can end in divorce. I'd pursue wealth, only if my heath, friends, and family would not be harmed in any way while i'm pursuing it.

I personally believe that people shouldn't persue wealth. By persuing it you are allowing yourself to surround your life with materialisatic things that you may not even need. Wealth honestly, isn't important to me I have everything I need in life, and materialistic things don't make me who I am. Some may disagree but money isn't what life is all about, it may help in some cases but it can also destroy someone.

People have a personal choice of whether they want to persue wealth or not. Some people get along just fine without it and some people feel a need for it. Everyone is different and can decide that for themselves. Everyones goal is to make money to support themselves along with their family. Sometimes the goal becomes fuzzy and people pursue becoming wealthy just to make things easier so they wont have to work as hard. Some people just work and work and let money take over their lives and become their love instead of a spouse or their family. Some people don't let it control their lives but still make it an important part in their life. Wealth would be nice but having a stable income and a comfortable amount of luxuries would be just fine to me. Limits would be things such as not letting it control my life and manage it wisely.

I believe that people should pursue wealth. Mainly because of how it can simplify your problems and give you a common goal. I know that this sounds vain but money can solve problems and help you sleep sounder at night, not having to worry about bills is a lot of weight off your shoulders. Wealth is important to me but not in a sense of if I don’t have it I am less a better person. I love money, who doesn’t, but you shouldn’t let a piece of paper control who you are. Believe it or not I would not put a cap on my wealth maximum because I could use the money and its nice having it as a peace of mind. In conclusion, pursuing of wealth is a great objective due to its nature of taking a long time; however do not let it control who you are as a person or determine how you look at others.

i think pursuing wealth is a good goal to set your mind on because even if you don't achieve "wealth" there will still be a positive outcome from it. if you aspire to do good things in life you will get good things out of it even if you don't make it to the top. if you set low goals you will obviously achieve that, but what will you get out of it? there is no satisfaction in having to stress because you cant pay bills or feed your children. so why not just aim high even if the chances are very slim, why wouldn't you strive for the best?

Though a lot of people will deny it, the world revolves around money and power, they control everything. I think pursuing wealth would be the smartest thing for people to do. We will all admit that we want things that we can't have, and with wealth you might be able to get some of those things. In my life, of course I will pursue wealth. Who doesn't want all the riches? Wealth isnt everything though, its something that I will keep in mind and stride for, but in reality, most of us will never leave middle class wealth.

I think you should pursue whatever makes you happy. If money makes you happy pursue it, if not then don't. Their is alternate routes to get what DOES make you happy with the aid of money though. You can give back to the community, or help the less fortunate, or even help the more fortunate more if that's what makes you happy. Money is somewhat important to me. It's not like I can't live without a lot of it, but more of it is always nice, as it can make others happy and help with problems. I would do whatever is necessary to get money as long as it doesn't involve losing friends or family, as they are more important to me than any amount of money.

I don’t think that people should pursue wealth. Wealth leads to greed and you’re never truly happy with what you have. People with wealth eventually lose sight of themselves and become consumed with making themselves more powerful. I don’t really care about wealth. I’d like to have a comfortable amount of wealth, but I know that there are others that need it more than I do. Since wealth isn’t a priority of mine, I would set a pretty low limit of wealth, because of the fear that I could become greedy.

I believe people should pursue wealth to help in financial matters. If you have a good job, you wouldn't have to worry about making your bills on time and you can have fun. If you are wealthy than you can go shopping or out to dinner, not worrying about making the house bill. Wealth is important to me, I want to be able to live life being able to have good times, go on vacations, cruises, and not worrying all the time about how much money I can spend. I do believe there is a limit to pursuing wealth, I think no one should hurt his/her friends for money, and don't use people to get rich, I don't think it's not worth it and their are many other ways to get wealthy.

People should defnently pursue wealth. It's always better for some one to aim high, and shoot low, then to just never aim high in the first place. Meaning try or make it a dream to pursue wealth. "Wealth" literally means- prosperity nd plentiful amount. When you hear the word wealth, people mostly think of living in a mansion, and buying fancy cars, shoes, etc. Wealth can mean, just simply, more than enough. If you are the type of person who doesn't want alot of money, then you don't have to have a lot, just enough to pay for your daily livings, bills, and a little something for your pockets as well. This is not the "tv wealth", but it is still wealth and I feel people should pursue some amount of it. Wealth isn't like the number one priority, not even the second priority in my life. I can be happy wthout being wealthy, but I am a person who will definently pursue wealth because it is an option for me. I would enjoy being wealthy, especially with my needs, well "wants", to go shopping, and to have spare change to give to the needy, and enough to spoil a few little kids. It's not a number one priority, but it is still important, for me to help others, and give. I wouldn't limit myself to any limit of my pursuit of wealth. If im making 6 billion, then I wouldn't mind, because im not selfish, so most of it would be spent helping this world, and the starvation nd crime in it. Persue wealth.<3

The Pursuit of Wealth
People should pursue wealth, but only to a certain extent. The more money you have, the more comfortable you can live. However, if the only way to make your money causes discomfort, then you should stop there. If what you are doing to make money is against the law, against your religious or family morals, or if it takes up so much time that you cannot enjoy your wealth, then you have gone too far.
Wealth is very important to me. My main goal in life is to become a rich and powerful person, and I am willing to work my rear end off to get there. But, the only thing I wouldn’t do to get wealthy is to break the law. Also, I want a family when I grow up. Some might say that you cannot have a happy family if all you do is work. On that note, I will be responsible enough to not start a family until I am already wealthy and on my way to the top, so that when I do start that family, I will be able to spend time with it and provide a comfortable, safe, and secure living environment for it. My pursuit of wealth is a strong one, but I am smart about it.

I believe everyone has their own choice to pursue wealth in their lives. Being wealthy has good and bad effects on peoples lives. It can help in many ways and having what you want is always nice. On the other hand wealth can ruin people when they lose sight of what is important in life. I would love to be wealthy and have the money I want in life but would not let my pursuit take over and blind me to the important people and goals in my life.

People should pursue wealth. It is a common stereotype that money destroys character; in reality, like every stereotype, individuals ruin it for everyone else. I know many people that have accumulated a surplus of wealth, and remain being the nicest people around and have become highly respected citizens. In cases like this, wealth has no negative side-effects. To the contrary, it makes life easier and more enjoyable. The burden of stress from living paycheck to paycheck is lifted off your shoulders. People say money can’t buy happiness, but in reality it can, and it does every day.
Wealth is very important to me, as long as I have earned it in a fair and respectable manner. Money makes life easier. The more money you accumulate the more time you have with your family, the more you can help society, and in many cases a feeling of accomplishment. I don’t want to pursue money if it hurts anybody in the process. It needs to be earned through hard work and smart investing. I would not be able to enjoy things bought with “dirty money”. As long as I follow the limits I set and don’t aspire to greed, I will pursue wealth.

In my opinion, wealth is divided in two parts: the first and most important is the intellectual wealth, and second it is the economic wealth. The economic wealth is in second place because happiness is not about having things, it is about freedom. All the people have and should have the freedom to pursue wealth. For me, economic wealth is important if it is beneficial to me and the society. The problem with wealth is that it is a kind of power, and there are people that have it. These kind of people abuse of this power and limit the freedom of inferiors.

Well I think if a person desires to have wealth that’s what they should strive for. Because there are some people who don’t need money to be happy. Some people believe that you should only really have what you need to live on and not have that much, that it gets to a point where you just have too much because also having too much wealth can ruin a person they just become caught up In their money. Wealth to me isn’t a big thing because money is just a fancy piece of paper that buys you stuff that you desire and you can’t always have what you desire. I think if you work hard enough for something and you earn your wealth then you deserve to have what you want. But I think people should strive for how much wealth they actually want. Like some people have like a bunch of house and cars and many things they don’t even use. People should only get what they need and not over do it and get more than they need. And if I were to put any limits on my wealth I would just work enough to get me the thing I want and need but I would not buy more than what I need.

The persuit of wealth in many cases changes into an eternal struggle to be rich for the rest of your life. If you have enough to get by on then stick with it and accept where you are at. Most rich people are not happy anyways the only reason we ever want something is because we do not have it. Also we are never happy when we want something, such as becoming wealthy, and cannot obtain it. The limit of the pursuit of wealth is when you are no longer in the pursuit to be happy but instead just greedy and the wealth does not make you happy.

I do not believe people should pursue wealth because it doesn't buy someone love or happiness. Wealth buys you what you want and sometimes what you need and those things may bring you happiness for a moment but not for a life time.Wealth can't confort you when you are going through hard times and it won't show you love like a human can. To me wealth is the root of evil because people will kill others just to be wealthy and receive the material things in life. So wealth is most likely my last priority because it isn't anything I'm in a rush to receive. I would not want to pursue wealth because you can end up wasting a lot of your time doing so, when there are more important and valuable things to focus on in Life.

I think people should pursue wealth because money buys use anything that we want on earth. It would be nice if we all could pay our house payment, or pay the phone bill or just have a home we can live in, the money problem would be fixed and the homeless percentage would decrease. Pursuing wealth could solve many people’s issues and would be a great help to our nation. Wealth is very important to me, not that I need wealth but it helps tremendously, it’s nice to live in a beautiful home, to buy nice things, and to have extra money on the side and. I believe that people should pursue wealth but not more than what they can handle. They shouldn’t get more then they can handle because it will make them corrupt and make them want more then what they should have. Wealth is kind of important to me but not really the most important thing in my mind. I absoultely believe people should persue wealth. In this world, "money talks" (figuratively speaking). To have a comfortable life with minimal worries, worries including wondering if one is going to have enough food and all their neccessities, one needs to be wealthy; there are very few essential things in life that you don't literally pay for.
Wealth is important to me in this exact sense. When I'm older I want to have a as-close-to-worry-free life I cant get. Because of my parents, I know what it feels like to work hard for something that can be easily obtained by just "having money".
Though I believe being wealthy should be an objective, it shouldn't be one's main goal. Wealth should be the byproduct of another goal. If wealth is one's only goal, one will go through anything to obtain it (corruption) and one will never be satisfied.
One should always obtain wealth the moral way; "fate finds its way".

Wealth can be used for good things but if a person wastes it and doesn't share or give some to a person who really needs it, they shouldn't pursue it. I believe that money should be used for entertainment but not all of it. People who have disadvantages need it more than others so, why not give some to others in need. I, personally want to pursue wealth, but would give a lot to charities and to friends. In conclusion, wealth should have a spending balance.
